My wife met with Jason and was very impressed with his knowledge, and was delighted he wasn't a sales rep but an actual professional roofer. She had some other companies give quotes, one which wouldn't even provide a quote unless she gave him a copy of our home owners policy. We were grateful my wife could do business with Jason at joy services, and he was more interested in doing business the right way instead of trying to take advantage of her. We had a hurricane come through and we had to alter our original scheduled date, Joy services easily accommodated us and even with the huge influx of business from the storms damage fit us in timely for the repairs. When the repairs were undergoing my wife was again our family member who was with them during the repair when they discovered additional damage. Many other companies would have taken advantage of the situation, not the crew from Joy services doing the work. Joy services knowing the additional work wasn't a huge cost in parts and labor included the additional work as part of their service, explaining to my wife what they had done and that there would be no additional charge. It's such an uplifting experience to know there is hard working trust worthy American small businesses like Joy services still around. I hope they thrive and make those big businesses realize they need to get back to helping people, as opposed to just expanding families credit, like so many big businesses do today.
